"I’ve been waiting and waiting for Dr Rajus staff to call me back since earlier in the week. I’ve sent numerous messages in my portal about my test results. They are abnormal because I have received them myself. The nurse called me earlier today and said that she would escalate the message to the doctor and have someone call me back. No one has called yet and I’m feeling terrible! What kind of doctor office is this and how can they even be in practice if they can’t return a patient’s call, especially if their results are positive or abnormal? This place is a joke!"

"I was set to see Dr. Koka for a procedure and Gina, his MA cancelled my appointment..her and her supervisor cited Gulf Coast Hospital canceled it, which in fact was inconsistent to the hospitals information. Poor service, followup, and customer service. Also, they have joined a large cooperation and I have never heard back from finance as requested. All customer service is out of state and it is a mess. I was shocked they did this."

"This practice is owned by a United Digestive Health out of Atlanta. I have no complaints about my doctor but he is retiring. The record keeping is atrocious. I showed up for surgery and they had my surgical procedure wrong. They had my prescriptions incorrect. They had my medical history incorrect. They waited until the last minute to get authorization from my doctor and he was out of town. I almost had to cancel my procedure. You try to talk to someone and you're transferred to Atlanta. They will transfer you to the local office who will then transfer you back again to Atlanta. And on and on it goes. It's impossible to reach anyone live. Go somewhere else. Our family has been patients here for 30 years. No longer."
