"Awful experience!!! I didn’t get any help. I spent a lot of money for tests and meatless visits. In the end Dr. Moin Kola gave me just advice. No treatment, no solution, nothing. Don’t waste your time and money for unprofessional people who call themselves doctors!"

"This is by far the WORST center to go to. Please, if you can do not come here. They do not value their patients or the care for them. They have cancelled my appointments 4 times for a procedure that was needed to identify very critical condition. Cancellations were due to the Doctor wanting to leave early so I was harassed multiple times the day before and the day of my procedure to push it up to make it convenient for the Surgeon. When I refused due to me already making arrangements with my caregiver, the staff treated me poorly, did not give me the proper attention that was needed during the procedure. Dr. Atiq was rude and cold, i'm assuming because he had to stay. My recovery was less than 10 minutes, they did not discuss anything with my caregiver when I had been put under general anesthesia. I had a few biopsys that I needed details for. I also had a major surgery scheduled the day I was to receive my results. The office refused to do a virtual appointment and said I would not receive my results until I come in, even though I am having major surgery and will be unable to drive, etc for 4 weeks. The only option they offered was to cancel my appointment. Only for them to call me today cancelling the appointment (now making this the 5th cancellation) even though it was cancelled because they would not accommodate me. When I go in the app to confirm that the appointment was actually cancelled, I saw a statement for $105, for what I don't know because they will not preform any procedures until you pay in full $200 I paid. This office is insensitive, they should not be in business in all honesty. They have no customer service skills at all. I wish there was a way I could report this office. I would NEVER step foot in this establishment again, I almost don't even want the results from this place, I would rather pay out of pocket to have the procedure done again by another specialist just to avoid them. Please, avoid at all cost. They are not worth it and don't value health!"

"First time here office is very unprofessional had an appointment with Dr basher then a Nurse practioner comes in not even introducing herself...not really concerned about why I'm handing paperwork to ready instead of talking to me about options ND what to try. The medical staff didn't knkw.how to spell my surgery I had or my medicine I'm allergic too. It felt very rushed. The scheduler asked my why I never seen a cardiologist for my condition. I td.her.that there is no.condition...very unprofessional people opening the door to the exam room.i was in to say goodbye and other things. The patient definitely doesn't come first.in this office. I won't be back very frustrating experience waste of my time and money..."
