"The experience was horrible and inconvenient. First they sent a message saying to arrive 15 minutes early to an 8:00 am appointment. Get here and they were closed. Sat in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting for them to open. Attempted to check In but was told the provider canceled the appointment. Called the provider they reported they never canceled the appointment. The clerk was very unprofessional, I asked her to speak to the provider, she told me she didn't want to speak to anyone and that she had no availability. I was frustrated until the nurse came from the back and told me she could fit me in at 11:15. I had to come back as I needed this test to see what's going on with my head. Seems like they need to work with the clerk on her tone and delivery of information to those who are seeking help for their issues. If I didn't need this, I wouldn't have returned."
"We were in and out promptly. The young lady at the front window and the one doing the scan were both polite and informative. It took almost two weeks to get in, but I called every other day and the appointment was finally moved up two days due to a cancellation. We were thankful for that. 5 stars"
