Following his residency in Neurology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, Dr. Dynes further specialized in Electromyography (EMG) and neuromuscular disorders through a fellowship at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic.

Since 1999, Dr. Dynes has been a vital part of The Baton Rouge Clinic, bringing his expertise and compassionate care to the community. He is board certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry & Neurology and is an esteemed member of the American Academy of Neurology. Licensed in Louisiana, Dr. Dynes focuses on the prevention and treatment of neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease, and the management of spasticity, including the innovative use of Intrathecal Baclofen pumps.

Beyond his clinical practice, Dr. Dynes is deeply committed to his community. He has served as the head of the Missions Committee at Jefferson United Methodist Church and is an active Adult Leader for the Boy Scouts of America.
