"I have no problem with the dr. and would love him to call me. When I made an initial appointment I asked if my insurance was in Network. They said yes but they were wrong and not in my network. I did call my insurance company, found out what my fees would be for an in network Dr. and paid that to the office. They continue to ask me for payment and refuse to just accept the in network payment. The billing representative gets quite offensive and refuses to ask the Dr. to call me about this."

"I rarely write reviews but I felt this was necessary to write to warn other patients. Their intake team is horrible and dishonest. They verified with me that the physician I was seeing was in-network with my insurance. I later got a bill stating insurance does not cover my visit because while the physician himself is in network, the physician group is out of network. Whoever I spoke to gave me misleading information. To make matters worse, I practically got yelled at for requesting an itemized bill. I work in the healthcare management industry and it is poorly ran intake departments like this that lose patient's trust and deter patients."

"I have been a pt of Dr. Blumenthal for several months- he is very attentive and caring, has your best interest!!! The supporting staff is terrible. Jasmine is the rudest MA I had ever talked to. She failed to properly communicate re my medications, raised her voiced, while I asked her not to, and referred to me in 3rd person while talking to me. When I asked to speak to someone else, they ignored me, simply refused. Never ever did I feel verbally abused while communicating with a medical staff member in my life!"
