"Dr Harbour is a wonderful doctor. He’s Very thorough and I like him a lot. But I’m tired of waiting each time I have an appointment close to 3 hours. Cataract removal, scheduled early, waited several hours before surgery. There is no excuse for the waiting time. While sitting in the waiting room I hear other patients saying the same thing about how long the wait is. When I scheduled today’s appointment back in November 2021, I asked to be put in as first seen for after lunch. They scheduled me for 1:30 and it’s 3:50 and I’m still waiting."

"I am very pleased with the care I received at Center for Sight. When I developed urgent eye problems that needed timely care, Dr. Harbour got me into his office the next day, when my own optometrist could't see me for a week. After filling out all the insurance papers, I was taken back to a room in less than 5 minutes. Steve, Dr. Harbour's tech, did an awesome job with my eye exam and did a thorough job of explaining the condition I was experiencing. Dr. Harbour was very attentive, and took his time with me, and went out of his way to make sure my needs were met before I left. From now on I Dr. Harbour will be my doctor for eye care."

"Rude and unprofessional. Nurse interrupted exam laughing that Dr Harbour needed to check personal text that was funny. Dr. Harbour got up and left the room without saying anything. He was gone for 30 minutes then returned like nothing happened. I reciprocated and told him I needed to go check on a text and left. He had the nerve to lie to my face saying that he was on 24 hour emergency call from hospital. It's as clear as day that he was a liar and the text was personal. He thinks his time is more valuable than his patient's time. I would NOT recommend. You have been warned now. Visit him at your own risk."

"I know the wait can be long but I have watched Dr. Harbour. That is a very busy man! He is a good doc and he has alot of patients to see because they know he's good. And yes, he had to leave for an emergency one time and I waited. I also have waited for him to get there because he had an emergency that morning before my appointment. He doesn't seem to ever hardly sit down until he comes in the room. All this happens with other docs too. I have beginning ARMD and I'm diabetic. I trust him to keep me going. He sees my dad too now. So give him a break. As far as office personel they are nice to me. The 2 assistants they have alot on their plate too. They rush in and rush out. It's just a busy office. But if I have a question they try to answer but usually I wait for Dr. Harbour."

"If you have all day to wait for a '' good doctor '' then you will be fine at this clinic but there are other '' good doctors '' that have much, much, MUCH shorter wait times. I will definitely be seeing another provider in the future. My patience is kind but even I was ill about waiting 2 hours for a recheck after surgery. AND I had a 9am appointment. I just don't understand...."
