"This review is for Kat!!!! She is an amazing woman with an absolutely beautiful soul!!! She went way above and beyond. This woman deserves a huge raise for the outstanding work she has done to reunite me with phots of my grandparents that shouldn’t have been in the unit. She kept onto my personal belongings when she did not have to. She contacted me several times until I was able to get back to Florida. If it was not for her the man who bought my unit at auction I wouldn’t have those memories. So this a huge thank you for Kat!!!!"

"Kat is wonderful! She’s incredibly friendly with a great personality and very helpful! Within minutes of arrival, she asked if we needed any help with moving boxes/big furniture and brought us all water bottles. Then it started raining while I was sitting in the car, so I had to start moving the stuff we left outside into the storage facility while I waited on my brother and dad to return with the U-Haul truck. Kat came out and helped me move all the stuff that we were going to keep to the inside storage facility so our stuff didn’t get rained on! I would give 10 stars if I could!"
