"Stolen items from ripped open packages became a REAL problem for the past few months and I believe it had something to do with one of your carriers who committed a federal offense to me and my mom the past couple of years and your company doesn't seem to care. Please for the love that IS ABSOLUTE HOLY, get someone who has the brains to figure that out and sent that thief in federal prison for the crime. This isn't the first time that it happened, it happened constantly, and neglecting isn't helping as well."

"I missed a certified letter delivery and received the sticky note attached to my door saying we redeliver for you to schedule redelivery or pick up fill this out set the date and you can pick it up. I filled out the form I got the confirmation for it being picked up by me at the spring Hill location upon arriving at the spring Hill location they couldn't find my letter. I was sent to a supervisor who then informed me that regardless if you feel that form out and choose to pick it up once that form is filled out the mail carrier will automatically redeliver to your address. What is the point of having pick up as an option on this paperwork if the postal office and mail carriers do not follow what the customer chooses. I chose to go pick it up today got off work early wasted my gas and time for them to tell me I'm going to have to come back another day and hope that it's not out for delivery again. Is picking up certified letters is not an option then it should not be put onto this form for redelivery or pickup."

"Received a package at my front door today saw the gal walking away as I went to get it the package was opened. You would think they would ring the bell to tell us it was damaged. I called my daughter who sent it and sent her a picture and it does look like the tape was cut open . Though the boxes inside were wrapped one wax torn. Shame on our post office for not trying to correct the problem."

"We moved here last Fall & everyone in this Post Office has been so friendly! I bring in prepaid packages for my Etsy shop & they scan them & print my receipt with no problems. It's always very clean & well-organized inside. Every time I've gone in the line has moved quickly because of the efficiency of the workers. And, our mailman for our house is great! He's friendly & treats our mail with care - not crushing things to make them fit in the box. Anytime he leaves mail on the porch he makes sure it's secured with a rubberband & won't blow away.
