"My 18-year-old son has been dealing with tachycardia and chest pains. We had ended up in the ER. The ER doctors were very nice and they suspected that he might have POTS. They referred us to Dr. Brown. When we came in to see Dr. Brown it was obvious that he felt like we were wasting his time. He didn’t want to listen to us, and when he spoke to us, it felt like he was yelling at us the whole time. We definitely felt like unless there was something immediately life-threatening that he didn’t feel he had the time for us. at one point I looked at my son and Dr. Brown was talking to him very aggressively and it looked like my son was about to cry. This was a little over a month ago and I still can’t stop thinking about the way that he spoke to us and acted. My son still is suffering with lots of health issues, and we feel like nobody wants to help. When I mentioned POTS he said there’s nothing you can do about it anyway and brush it off. When he walked out and the nurse walked in, I made a comment that Dr. Brown was very “intense” That’s putting it very nicely. The nurse said, “yeah, I hear that alot”. It’s already very nerve-racking whenever you’re dealing with health issues and when a medical professional treats you the way that he did it’s very disheartening."

"Terrible experience with him. He treated my mother-in-law like garbage. He came into her hospital room without reviewing her chart and test results. He was rude and acted very annoyed that we were asking questions about the possible mild heart attack that she suffered. When asked if he looked over her lab results, he yelled at us and said "I see hundreds of patients a day, sorry I don't have her lab results memorized"! Failed to put in the order for the two other tests that he said he would order that we discussed in the hospital room. I cannot fathom what was going through is head, that he decided to treated an elderly woman that was rushed to the hospital from another ER via ambulance for a possible heart attack this way. Bad doctor, and terrible human being."
