"Fix your hours you have posted on google! Wasted time and gas driving over cause it said you were open. There’s also not an answering service advising your closed."

"Perhaps the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been. My doctor instructed me to give blood to help relieve symptoms of high blood pressure. I’ve never done this so I was nervous. The woman that took my blood was very professional and asked if I was alright multiple times , but ultimately I wasn’t able to do my entire donation. The other worker for some reason just wouldn’t shut up. I understand being bored at work but there is no need to scream and sing on the top of your lungs. Her constant singing and generally just not taking a breath during her barrage of words made it so uncomfortable that I decided whatever medical issues I have are easier to handle than hearing her howl for the next 10 minutes."

"20 + years and 30 gallons of mostly Platelets so far. Always Professional Staffers to make the next 3 hours a worthwhile experience. The online access works well for appointments and downloading rewards. Its giving where I know my platelets are helping those in oncology who need it most. I'm only 76 and working toward another 30 gallons."

"I tried to donate blood here today I stood at the front desk for about 10 minutes while three staff members completely ignored me and were doing some kind of paperwork. so I, sat down in a chair for another 10 minutes so totally ignored finally gave up and left."

"Extremely fun and great people who work there. I was nervous but everyone there was super nice and made me feel okay. And they even asked what music I wanted to listen to. The last time I had donated blood was about 10 years ago. But because of the great staff and knowing that I was helping save lives I want to continue to go back."
