"I was seen in what I consider a reasonable length of time. I was examined, x-rays were done and read, pain medication given, prescription given and I was released all in less than 2 hours from arrival. Every person I was in contact with treated me as if we were old friends, showing true concern for my comfort. Great Job!"

"Why does an ER visit take 8 hours? It took hours just to be seen. I was in extreme pain, visibly in pain and I told the staff I was in pain (10 out of 10) Vomiting due to pain. Most of the staff were robotic...fill this out, do this, wait in the waiting room. 1-Stars because there were a couple of attendees who were sincere and trying their best, but otherwise it was awful and I would rate it zero stars if I could. I rarely ever go to the ER and this is exactly why. The person with me had to track someone down just to get some pain medicine. The lack of service was shameful. My bill will probably be astronomical. I think I want to identify as an illegal alien and get it all that loveliness for free."

"I received a very compassionate care, every single professional staff who took care of me did it in a very professional manner. The nurse was excellent starting my IV. The physician very knowledgeable, relaxed and to the point. I was 100% satisfied with the results. I was diagnosed with pneumonia, thank God I thought it was a heart attack. "I recently had to go to the ER and received 5 star treatment from the moment I walked in beginning with registration and then triage. Once in my room the nurses Destiny and Erica took great care of me with great compassion for how I was feeling. The young lady from lab who took some blood was gentle and very friendly. Dr Walker listened to me and was very thorough in his assessment of my condition. The outcome was good for me and I am on the mend. Every staff member I came in contact with was kind, professional and excellent at their job!"
