"I was there on Aug 28, 2022 with our grandson who is on the high spectrum level with Autism. He was visiting for.weekend from Mobile and had come down with an ear ache. When we went in and I finally found the lady in office , I told her our situation and ask if she could help us, she said in angry voice no and that they had 10 appointments scheduled for that specific time. I ask where all appointments were sitting and again in angry voice she said that if I wanted to fuss I would have to leave. Then she told me she or no one else had had lunch and I said that was between her and her supervisor. Again, angrily she told me if I wanted to fuss I would have to leave. I did not want to fuss, I just wanted my grandson to be seen. Anyway, thank you for reading this. I have seen many medical folks during my 65 years but never has anyone in the medical field been that ugly to me"

"Very rude, they rather sit for 30 minutes with no patients versus taking 2 minutes to look at a child's injury. Not family friendly or people friendly. The nurse even had an attitude when I was trying to explain what I needed, didn't even attempt to help."
