"The staff in the actual doctors office was caring and kind. It was a quick and organized appointment. I liked that part of the process very much. Then you move on to the gentleman in the store front who is also very nice and knowledgeable. However, the woman who I assume is supposed to close sales is awful. She is pushy and uncaring. She does not listen to what you are telling her and clearly must work for commission. I work in sales and I never put my own financial needs above those of the patient. I walked out with nothing due to her constant pushing of higher priced lenses. I made it very clear several times that I wanted the cheapest option my insurance would cover and instead she took me for an idiot that could not tell she was trying to upsell my order. Unfortunately the kind people at the doctors office have lost a patient due to this woman’s sales tactics. Cohen’s optical was able to provide a service that took care of my needs at a much more responsible price."
