"The first appt they didn’t let me see the nurse bc they said I was late and I was not, the front desk was not kind at all! They messed up the information confusing mine with my daughters! So I went for nothing that day so I made an appt again and in that day was quickly but the girl who did the lab test was not kind and after collecting my blood I had to get back bc I was bleeding a lot. She’s not kind again just said she never saw it, cleaning my arm, putting a cotton and sending me away, so after that I was calling to get the results and the lady said it would take 10 days to get the result of a simple test. The nurse was great but that’s all. Not interested in getting back there again."

"I don't normally fill out the surveys these offices send given they are usually unhappy encounters but, I had such a profound experience I was happy to do so today as well as leave a review. Mary Kay was so kind and thoughtful. This was the best medical appointment I have ever experienced. I have never felt so seen and comfortable. She went above and beyond to not only answer my questions, but ease my concerns. She is very intuitive and has a very empathetic grasp on the emotions of others and how to respond to them in turn. The entire time I was in shock. I cannot say I have ever had a previous encounter with a medical professional and felt like I was truly an individual and not just the "next patient". Mary Kay took the time to go into detail while answering my questions - no typical doctor brush-offs. She made my comfort (and consent, wow!) a clear priority from the start. She provided as much time with me as I needed and never made me feel rushed or as if I was exaggerating my concerns. If only all practitioners/doctors could be as incredible as she is. Thank you Mary Kay for giving me the solace I have sought out so many times from those we are told to trust - and received none. I will truly never forget it!"
