"I visited Pociana Emergency Room because I was feeling extremely weak and uncomfortable. Although the ER was mostly empty, and the nurses were initially attentive, my overall experience was disappointing. I spent two hours mostly waiting in a room, only to be told that my labs were fine and I could go home. My sister, who had been rushed to the same ER for not feeling well, was told she was fine as well. However, she was later found passed out in her hospital room and had to be transferred to another hospital for urgent care. Additionally, I experienced significant delays in getting my prescription, and when I called back to verify it, the staff told me it would take 30 minutes and that the pharmacist needed to call them. This lack of attentiveness and poor communication was frustrating. Lastly, when I asked a nurse if hemoglobin and iron were the same, she incorrectly told me they were. This left me questioning the competency of the staff. Overall, my experience at Pociana Emergency Room was far from satisfactory."

"HORRIBLE! I went here a month and a half ago, got taken care of, paid my upfront fee payment of over $300. Then a month later even with my insurance I’m getting charged over $1200 for absolutely no reason even after insurance. What’s even crazier is that anytime I try to get it contact with them it’s just their automatic system that has no real people on the line. Seriously if you work here and think you’re changing peoples lives and helping them out you aren’t what so ever you are screwing people out of money."

"I came to the emergency department for heart palpitations. They were really fast about getting me into the back. Cosme, who is the charge nurse for the er was really nice and helpful with all the information. Dave was my nurse for the time I was here and he explained everything to me and how everything is going to work. Thank you guys for taking care of me in the time of me being here. You guys rock!"
