"The entire staff has been so friendly and helpful! Kristin takes care of every detail in my complicated procedures with the clinical trial. Catherine always knows when I am there and finds me to check on me, even if I don't have an appointment with her. Dr Harris is patient listening to my concerns and wishes. The setting is very pretty and relaxing, too. I feel very comfortable and confident receiving treatment at Florida Cancer Specialist in Daytona."

"From checking in to checking out, the office staff is always great. Wait times are surprisingly good for medical appointments—I always bring my book but rarely get too far into it. Nurses Theresa and Jen are absolute treasures. Apart from having to wait a couple of weeks for my initial appointment/consultation, it’s been pretty hassle-free to get in for port flushes and labs each week. I’ve been really pleased overall."

"The medical staff seems friendly and knowledgeable but it hardly matters when the administrative aspect is so poorly run, particularly when they're aware that for most patients/caregivers, this is the scariest time of their lives. The phones seem to rarely be answered, even during business hours. On many occasions we have tried calling near the advertised opening time of 8:30, only to keep calling until sometime between 9-9:30 when they turn off the automated messaging and begin answering. The lunch "hour" they state (12:00-1:00) is more like a 2.5 hour lunch closure, so you're also unable to reach anyone from about 11:30-2:00. It's truly nearly impossible to reach anyone. On more than one occasion, they tell us Rx has been called in but the pharmacy has no record, then we can't reach anyone at the office to confirm so we've started requesting most meds from the family doctor so we can rely on them actually being sent. It's quite a shame the business is so badly run because the doctor and nursing staff do seem very kind and professional."
