"The techs at this center have attitudes. Last week I donated, and the one made a snarkey comment under her breath "See you in 8 weeks, won't miss you" despite me being polite. This week my husband tried to donate, and was ignored. They were too busy chatting and gossiping in the next room. Lesson learned, won't be back."
