"Melanie the front desk nurse in Slidell was extremely rude. My husband and I overheard her talking smack about patients as they left with the checkout lady. They were also complaining about their co-workers out in the open! This made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I came to this location because my doctor wasn’t in Metairie at the time and boy it was not a good impression. I thought this office would’ve been better because the front staff at Metairie is worse....they always have someone new working there. Due to these experiences I will be looking for another office to assist me during my weight loss journey. I just wouldn't want to jeopardize my care due to a breach in my personal business being made fun of by their incompetent staff! Trying to lose weight is one thing but to have jokes cracked about you behind your back is another.... and quite illegal especially in a physicians office. Update: The positive reviews on here are from employees that work for these surgeons. Instead of correcting the bad experience I endured, why would you create fake reviews to boost clientele? In fact, when I asked who was in charge one of your names listed here was given to me. Instead of posting fake reviews you should have responded to mine and asked what you could have done to make the bad experience right or correct the unethical and poor behavior of the front desk staff at your Slidell, Covington, and Metairie offices?! YOU fictitiously give your employer 5 stars while your employees speak ill of patients right in front of others is disgusting."
