"Terrible. I have been in Third World Post Offices in the most backward of countries that are more efficient and better run than this post office. Never enough staff, long waits and surly clerks that feel that YOU owe THEM a favor. Outside of "Kerry", they should fire the entire bunch. If this is how most US Post Offices are run, its no wonder that the Postal Service in America is going belly up."
