"Booked a locksmith to come out, office was great at first said arrival time 30 min after an hour called again they told me locksmith would contact me after another 15 I called again they told me the same thing, this continued for another 45 min I called another company to come out which stayed true to their word and had a tech out asap DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE Office staff called back after 2 hours to ask if I still needed service after I told them no that their tech never showed up and I called another company they just hung up on me"

"If I could give them less stars, I would. We called to have a keyless lock put on our door. The gentleman who arrived spoke little to no English which is fine had he been an actual locksmith who knew what he was doing. He had to try to read the directions that came with the lock! Should have been our first clue. After TWO HOURS of what should have been a half hour job, we sent him on his way. Our lock is uninstalled and in pieces. We found out to NOT CALL companies who are “google certified”. Google pays these companies when you use them! These companies are not even local, usually 800 numbers, then they dispatch who knows to your home. RUN FAR AWAY AND ONLY USE LOCALS! I have learned my lesson and want to save others the heartache we had."

"Would've given 5 stars but their one KeyMe kiosk I went to first is completely wrong on google maps. (shows it's located in the middle of a parking lot???) Plus it would be way better if they can mark their kiosk on their website to which kiosk do RFID copy & prints, its a simple filter search parameter they can easily apply...it would have saved me time and frustration if I didn't have to visit 3 machines in order to find out 2 of them don't copy chipped RFID cards... But overall, great customer service when you call in and the RFID copy works great! Other companies offer a service where you mail your RFID to them to make you another copy...worst business idea ever, how do I get in my house without my RFID I just mailed to you, you muppet!! With KeyMe you don't have to do such thing. Will use their services again. Great business model, excellent customer service and many Kiosks to choose from."

"I thought it was very suspicious that they refused to give me a quote or have a tech call me after I gave them my name phone number and zip without a full address. A zip code or general area should have been enough to estimate a service call."
