He was very knowledgeable and able to diagnose the problem and proceed to bring the machine back to working order. He has been here several times for other reasons and been successful in all his endeavors. Gus is not only a first rate technician but a very polite, personable and lovely young man."

"They have changed so much! They SAY they have experienced techs. No, just untrained rookies. They say you can make an appointment, but they change it unilaterally. The office must be getting impatient with the changes because they are really, really nasty. Then, the wait for service is WEEKS, and instead of maintenance repair, they take the appliance apart so it can't even be used and say they now have to order a part because they broke it. And we have their most expensive, highest level of service contract. It never used to be like this. The president is AWOL and this is the result."
