"I hired Phoenix Electric to install a 50 AMP plug in my garage for a level 2 Electric Vehicle (EV) charger. My experience was very good due to: 1). It was easy to schedule an appointment for the following Wednesday when I called on a Friday. 2). The Monday before my Wednesday appt. I needed to change the time and they were flexible, moved another appt and moved me from 8am to 2:30pm which was perfect. 3) The electrician arrived right on time and had everything ready to go. He was done in about an hour and everything went as planned. 4). I did not get my car until the next day, but when I got it and plugged it in everything worked perfectly. I had been reassured that if anything was not working to give him a call, but it all worked. The car charges way faster on this plug than with a standard 110 outlet. 5) Everything went exactly as planned, the cost was exactly the same as the quote and it's nice when everything works that way. That doesn't always happen. I would recommend Phoenix Electric to anyone that needs an EV charging plug installed or for any other electrical work as they have a lot of experience and the work was very professionally done."
