"This has got to be the worst and longest experience (about 9 months) I have ever had with a company. After personally insulting my intelligence, Mike or "Mr. Dry" wrote me an email apologizing and offering to take care of my deductible. I accepted the apology and gave him a second chance. They were supposed to clean mold in our kitchen, but I watched them speed through it, and afterwards, I found several areas that still had mold in plain view. Thus, we had to reschedule the cleaning. After they put this machine on to clean the mold in the air, they failed to advise me that a particular piece needed to be closed. Consequently, when we had the mold test done, there was still mold in the air. Once again we had to reschedule the mold cleaning. One of their workers broke our garage chain/wire and they said they would send someone to fix it, but they just ignored my calls and text messages. They told me I had paid in full, which I did, but then tried to tell me I owed them $1,000. I told them that I checked my records and they are mistaken. I never heard from them again. Their estimates were inaccurate, which caused delays, as they had to resubmit corrected estimates to the adjuster. They would tell me they were waiting on the adjuster for things, but then the adjuster had proof that he was waiting on them. They would schedule things and not show up. Mike with Mr. Dry is extremely arrogant and personally insulted me a second time, but we had been waiting for months on end for the kitchen to be completed and my husband didn't want to start over with a new company so we pushed forward. I can go on forever. Do yourself a favor and choose a different company."

"Our story started with a home inspection requested by the potential buyers of our home. Very long story short, their inspector found a small amount of mold and a leak in our master bathroom. Mr. Dry was called in by our realtor, and I believe in my heart it was God's hand at work. Absolutely every single one of Mr. Dry's employees, from start to finish were not only professional and did all the work needed to make our home whole again, but they, especially "Big Mike" and Briana, were so kind, caring and compassionate I can't even begin to explain it. I would recommend Dr. Dry for absolutely anything you need done in your home, from remediation work for mold and leaks, but carpentry and plumbing work as well!!! Mike took immediate action and handled every detail from getting my insurance on board, remediation of mold damage, and assigning contractors to repair damages incurred. Mr Dry took the worry and headache out of a very stressful situation. I now have a beautiful new kitchen that reflects the high caliber of craftsmanship of the contractors responsible for making it happen. Without a doubt, Mr Dry provided top notch services! "All we can say is "WOW", my wife and I woke up to standing water in our bathroom which we found out it was a busted pipe in the wall, we called Mr. Dry Services and they sent a plumber out in 15mins and fixed the busted pipe. After they checked for moister and mold we find out that our guest bathroom had been leaking from the toilet wax ring for more than 2 years which caused for a total renovation, they remodeled our house from top to bottom.
