"Do not use this company. They installed a drain field at my property, and about a year later, I had human waste backing up on my lawn. They gave me a lifetime warrantee on their work, so I called to have them come look at what was going on. They admitted the drain field was installed improperly and needed to be redone. I agreed to have them redo the work, and I made sure to ask them to send me the permit they pulled for the repair. Months went by, and still no permit was even applied for. They never pulled a permit in the first place for the original work! Meanwhile, we have waste on the lawn. I finally hired someone else to get the job done, and they agreed to refund 8K of the 10K that I paid. I have since stopped responding to my emails and calls, and have not made the refund. CROOKS."
"In the time of disaster after hurricane Ian , my neighbor was using them and they came down to give a estimate, we accepted since a work full time at a local hospital.they required a half down deposit ( res flag I guess) they never showed on the day they were supposed to.called several times 3 different numbers and finally The manager Maria said somebody would call me back, never heard back. Finally got a hold of the local manager and said somebody would be out the following day two days later. They were working at the job at the neighbors house changing an outside Spicket. While They did show up there ,i saw them leave and I called right away and was told that they would contact them and come back and fix my well., don’t happen and no phone calls. I called back and said forget I will fix it myself and I want my deposit back . He said I would have to call the office, when I did they refused saying it was there policy no refunds.tried to explain that this is not a refund since nothing was done and you never showed up. Also as your policy states no refunds on checks or credit card this was a cash transaction. And they then hung up on me. A VERY SELFISH AND UNCOMPASSONATE COMPANY BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IN A TIME OF NEED, SO MUCH FOR TRYING TO NELP THE COMMUNITY. ERY RUDE ON THE PHONE. AND THEY. ARE ALSO A HOME DEPOT VENDOR. THEY SHOULD BE REPORTED ...."
"The person who Installed my garbage disposal is no longer w the company not warranty. I supplied the garbage disposal. Poor customer service. Do not use this company. Was very expensive as well."
"Called to schedule service for a kitchen faucet install. Service appt was set for Tues between 9-11am. When no tech had called or arrived by 11 I called to find out why and while the dispatcher remembered speaking to me she couldn’t understand why I was not on the schedule. She rescheduled me for the same day between 2 and 4. At 4pm after another no call no show I called the office again. This time I was told it would be 6:30 and that it wasn’t her fault the weekend scheduler forgot to add me to the morning schedule…she was the woman I spoke to in the first place, she remembered the initial call. I cancelled the appt. If you are running behind have the courtesy to notify the customer who gave up an entire day for an appt that should have happened in the morning, my time is just as valuable as yours."
