He quickly checked my address and traffic and gave me an ETA less than an hour from when I called. "We needed a second key fob for our car, and I called several places and received crazy price quotes on the fob and programming . Another locksmith in the area even quoted me an additional charged of $100 if I wanted “extra security” when programming the fob (whatever that means). Every other place I called gave me some silly song and dance on why the programming would have to be hundreds of dollars. The Ford dealership at Coconut point wanted almost $500 and an entire day to do this job. However, Lee lock and Key stood out… when I called them, a gentleman who answered the phone gave us the best advice regarding what website to purchase the fob from, quoted us a programming price and said “once you receive it come on in, it won’t take long”. We followed his advice and when we brought the fob to be programmed…a very lovely woman at Lee Lock and Key took about 10 minutes in total to do the job. The very reasonable price originally quoted was the actual price at time of programming, there was no nonsense or attempts at upcharging. Lee Lock and Key Is a stand-up, honest establishment with great integrity and outstanding great customer service. Our fob works great and they saved us hundreds of dollars."
