"I've not used this company. However with the aggressive way the drivers behave cutting people off without so much of a signal during high traffic and trying to cause people to wren into them is a extremely poor reflection of the company and I will never use or recommend a wreckers driver to do any work for anyone I know. I only wish I got the drivers name or a vehicle number to report the employee themselves. I'm grateful for quick reflexes and thankfully no injury on us just a terrifying moment for my children. Shame on the driver for being impatient during traffic!"

"This was my second time using Mr Electric; the first time I had Roger Rojas come out and repair the damage done to my attic fan when the roofers ripped it out without disconnecting the wiring. Today the fan was running continuously, I asked for Roger Rojas again. The thermostat was old (2006) and just needed an adjustment. No charge. But I also had a bad GFI outlet on my lanai and asked him repair that as well. I was a service rep with Xerox for 26 years so I know a thing or two about customer service and professionalism. Roger could give lessons on that - an ultimate professional, friendly, informative, even my DOG liked him! I have already given one referral and will give more if I have the chance! Our problem didn't end being an electrical issue and he was very straightforward about it and didn't charge us for the diagnostic so we could put that money to the repair that was needed.
