"Why so many increases in water? Oh that’s right, it’s government run, borders wide open, Americans pay dearly. Which mean higher taxes for hard-working Americans. It’s an absolute disgrace that every single time I open, my water bill it is higher and higher and higher. I have zero water leaks, Single person and taxed horribly. Not to mention, customer service is horrible."
"The so called customer service reps are anything but. They suck at their jobs and act like they are doing the customer a favor by ripping them off and taking payments. I hope they all get fire ants in the underwear. Hire people who care. Need to add…you can never get into the website to pay or see your bill. Always get a “system error processing verification” when I try on multiple devices. Get some IT people to fix this."
"Hands down, worst utility department I've ever had to deal with. They leave the city looking like crap because the dump trucks leave half the trash behind. I used less water than the month prior as my hot water heater was out and I was trying to lessen the bill. For 3 straight months in a row my bill was 107.25 on the dot. Seems a little odd to me the amount didn't change even by a few cents. They should also have a way of disconnecting service online so those who are moving do not have to wait until the office is open to speak to a live person who lacks customer service and basic respect."
"The website to access your utilities is horrible and when you ask customer service they tell you it’s through a 3rd party vendor so if you have any issues they can barely help you. I have had nothing but overall terrible experiences. I do not understand why they only allow for either a paper or electronic bill but you can’t have both? DO NOT RECOMMEND"
"Absolute garbage customer service. Bad attitudes, unprofessional nature exists within this place. Lady gets frustrated, and puts me in the back of the line(15 callers) after pretending to put me on hold. They act condescending rather than being helpful or offering any kind of solutions. Never missed a payment. We payed late one time, next things you know my bill is 500$. This entity just throws numbers around, late fees, , shut off fees, turn on fees, then an additional 200$ fee for absolutely nothing! It’s called the “deposit fee”. How is that justified? I consider this criminal and should be addressed by local government. This city is becoming unaffordable as it is. Never missed a payment one time. Shame on them."
