"Helpful staff... DO NOT BELIEVE REVIEWS everyone is a hostage to provide a review. Now that I'm canceled here's my review... I was told that I would receive a review link prior to my unit being canceled and after my review I would receive my notice that my relationship with this storage facility was concluded. Rates are raised every 3 months sometimes without 30 day notice if you're not paying attention. PREDATORY BUSINESS PRACTICES AND UNREASONABLE RATE INCREASES. I hope I'm not charged again for leaving an honest review. Glad to be done with needing a storage facility. Rent has increased to over $340 per month. It's empty. Key returned."
"I've been a tenant @ Extra Space Storage in St Petersburg, Florida since 2018. I had initially only planned on having my stuff store there for a short time but as life would go I am just now back from being out of state to reclaim my belongings. I have really appreciated the staff members at my particular location over the years of being a tenant, especially for having to manage things from a distance. Most recently, Bill ( the manager) and his team have been very accommodating and helpful in helping me to find solutions for my process as I prepared to close out my rental. With Gratitude, Pam"
