"Be cautious when setting up a payment plan. My last payment was scheduled to be automatically deducted in March 2024 and had been regularly deducted for months prior to this. In May 2024, I received a bill stating I still owed my last payment. I didn’t realize the last payment had not been made until I received a paper bill. When calling and speaking with customer service, no one could explain why the last payment was never deducted as scheduled."
