Highland MRI

"If I could have given a "0" star I would have. Highland MRI in Lakeland is the WORST I've ever had to deal with.... incompetent, rude, worst bedside manner. DO NOT GO THERE! 2/2/24 I just read AJ's comments, did the same to me, there offic is responsible for getting Insurance approval, each time I called my ins office, they said no one from MRI Associates had contacted them, MRI Associates said that was my responsibility. Owner responded by saying he was surprised to get my complaint. AS I SAID! DO NOT GO THERE."

"Awful. Drove 45 mins to get there. They said needed blood work. Once they got that they didn't read MRA was head and neck. Waited an hour and 15. Lady next to me was there 2 hours. Desk personnel had no idea what they were doing .Walked out."

"I was nervous to have a MRI because I have issues with claustrophobia. Andrew was professional, calm and understanding. He explained that he would inform me of the time left at various points. I kept my eyes closed and was able to have the test done in the wide open bore machine."

"Staff was nice and professional but informed my doctor's that this was an open MRI. It is not open and most patient's who are severely claustrophobic couldn't endure it. I tried it but only lasted one minute. Please give out the accurate information to patients and doctors beforehand."

"The customer service I received was extraordinary. I arrived for my appointment early as I was in the area and needed to hopefully be seen earlier since I had an emergency come up. The X-ray tech Andrew was very understanding of my need and had no problem fitting me in early so I can take care of my emergency. The front office staff was very helpful and understanding as well. Cassidy and Bella went above and beyond their duty to help me out with my emergency and I am absolutely grateful to them. Keep up the great customer service. I will definitely use them again if need be."
