Self-Storage at U-Haul

"Grant is awesome! Seriously, give that guy a raise! The only negative I can really say is that the manager desperately needs to work on his customer engagement skills. I saw him three different times, and each time, he was closing the office early or generally walking around with an unapproachable scowl on his face. I did not want to work with him and was very surprised when he begrudgingly helped me at the last moment on move-out day (actually, Grant helped me, but the manager LET him help me before locking up). If he can rediscover a way within himself to find some light in his job, I think this really could have been a 4-star review. Otherwise, renting trucks and working with the staff on pickups and returns was super smooth, everyone's pretty nice here. Storage areas/unit left a bit to be desired but they came in super clutch when I needed storage STAT so ultimately I am very appreciative of this location. I feel very comfortable recommending it to others. Thanks for everything!"

"Dirty, with leaks and vermin Back area parking disappeared with your empty trucks taking up paying customers space and I had to park in a lot across the alley You still have over $200 of my money as well"

"Was horrible. I made reservations 2 days before my pick up date, arrived on time at my pick up location to be met by an employee and told they can not rent me the van because there was a nationwide glitch in their computers and I would just have to keep checking back every hour. I explained to them that this was my only day off to get moved out of my storage unit or else I would be charged for an additional month. I was told there was absolutely nothing they could do.... Really???? Nothing??? I will never go back to Tropicana Field Uhaul EVER AGAIN!!! I ended up going to Home Depot to get a truck. I explained to the gentleman there what happened at the Uhaul place and he gave me an even bigger truck there for the same price of the van I was (supposed) to pick up at Uhaul along with extra hours at no charge. WAY TO GO HOME DEPOT!!! YOU SAVED THE DAY!!! UHAUL.....YOU CAN JUST......"

"Prices are good. But system was down so I couldnt get my pass key programed. So I had to be sure to go when they are open. Then when I go back to put more stuff in my storage the elevator in broke. When I call to see if its working again no answers; so as Im waiting on hold a reservation clerk picks and is able to reach that store to see if the elevator is working.... Still not working. What good is a storage if you cant reach it. I cant carry all this stuff up stairs."
