"He seemed like a nice guy on the phone. I made arrangements to unlock the electrical room and have the HOA president there but they didn't show nor did they respond to text messages. It could be an error on my part but the lack of a response to my messages about this incident and the other reviews seem to indicate it is not.."

"I found out that the company I hired to upgrade our electrical panel and service line subcontracted to Wired Electrical and I'm so glad they did! The company that I hired turned out not to be great at communication... at all, and that's where Donald and his crew stepped up. This was very time sensitive because it delayed the closing of our home and caused a little bit of stress. Donald was professional, honest, and helped clear up some miscommunication with the company that I hired. He went above and beyond, even offering documentation to help expedite things along since there was always a delay speaking with the hired company. I wish I would have found Wired Electrical myself and just hired them directly! They will be who I recommend going forward."

"Initially we called because our main circuit breaker was going bad. I cannot speak for Donald‘s crews I I can’t say that Donald is one of the most methodical and thorough professionals I have ever seen work. Outside of the breaker previously we have had two electricians re-wire Two switches, one to a light and the other to the fan which I screwed up changing out the color of the switch and the second was the front door lights on a timer. His general response was, these are elementary things are to fix... mind you, however, two electricians have already played with the wires unsuccessfully- and I paid them!!!!! He simply took them apart within seconds rewired and reassembled and bingo! Done & working properly. It may seem elementary, but we have three way switches all over the place and this has muddy the waters. Donald is a master at his profession! Thank you for your brilliant work and efficiency. I almost forgot, he is also one of the only electricians working on Saturday. We may have paid a few dollars extra for the Saturday service but you pay a service call to anyone that comes to your home anyways. Thank you Donald for your stellar work."

"After the purchase of our home, we found that there were multiple electrical issues that needed repair; ranging from outlets wired to wall switches across the room to faulty grounds and a non-working (and non-mounted!!) ceiling fan in my young sons' room. Don came out within just a few days and ended up spending most of the day fixing all of the dangerous wiring issues left from the previous homeowner. He was courteous, respectful, answered all of my questions and made sure that everything that we needed was done and working correctly before cleaning up after the job was done. I would highly recommend calling Wired Electrical, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future!"

"Our air conditioning stopped working Saturday at 12:30am, but we didn’t know it wasn’t working until a few hours later (9am on Saturday). We immediately called our landlord and she assured us that someone would get in contact with us as soon as possible. Hours go by and we finally hear from the technician. He says he’ll be there first thing Sunday morning (8:30am). By 10am, we hadn’t heard from him, so we tried calling, and he wouldn’t answer. Eventually, he calls us and says he’ll be there between 2 and 4pm. Lo and behold, he didn’t show up again. Monday morning, our landlord calls us and says to let her know if he isn’t there by noon. Of course he didn’t show up. I called him five times at 6:30pm on Monday. He answered two of the times. The first time, he hung up on me. When he finally arrived at 6:50pm, he walked into our apartment without knocking (but of course he’ll tell another story). I was taken off guard and snapped at him (the fact that it was 85 in the apartment didn’t help), so he threatened to leave altogether. He finally completed the job (which took about 15 minutes) and our AC is working. I cannot comment on the quality of the job yet, so if the system fails, I will update this review accordingly. We were without air conditioning for almost three days during the hottest week of the year thus far. Extremely rude, untimely, and unprofessional service. If I weren’t renting and I had a choice, I would never choose this company for any sort of technical repairs again."
