"I am highly disappointed in the service we received. Last week when we came in to rent a covered spot for our 40 rv, we was told ,absolutely and the spot requested would be held for the price of 250! The lady had told us that the spot was ours and to bring in all the information on Thursday. When my fiancée arrived today to pay for the spot that was promised to us, she had rented it to another and was extremely rude, and told my fiancée that he couldn’t park his truck in the parking lot, so he parked across us 19 to be respectful and was still disrespected! I’m sure it’s a nice facility and was willing to pay whatever price, but it’s very unprofessional the way the lady had treated us! We will not rent from this place and will find a place we’re we are treated with a little more respect!"
