"The plumber who works here also works beside company. He was late 2 times and did not show up 3 times. He Installed in the wrong place water softener so i told him to move the water softener but he did not move it, and without installing two faucets, also he stole my package and went. I was no response after call and texting multiple times. When I text to him to ‘i will call police’ and then he left the stolen my package in front of my house late in the evening, but he had already opened my package. A few days passed, but still he had no apology or anything.This person works here!!!!"
"What a horrible horrible experience I am having with this company for a second time in a row. I will not offer them my business again nor will I recommend anyone to them. They don’t show up for appointments. They don’t contact you. Today I had a personal guarantee from one of the associates there that someone would be at my house within 4 hours of my phone call at 8:45am. PERSONAL GUARANTEE. It is now 3pm and no one has called or shown up, and I only get an answering service. They have once again put me in a very bad position and have zero accountability. Now if they contact me or resolve this I will amend the review and let you know honestly how it ended. But if your looking for reliable service look elsewhere!!!"
