"Had generator installed by Dave, Pinellas Generator back in January. Started off by apparently pulling the wrong type of permit after the generator was already installed. At this point we're still not sure if it is in the correct location. Dave will not show up, numerous personal excuses when he does answer the phone of why he hasn't remedied the situation. Generator still does not work. I Paid close to $15,000 6 months ago. It's pretty simple - if you screw up, you just do the right thing and fix it. I own a service business as well, that's what we do."
"We purchased a generator in August of 2023 - Job was not completed until today, May 17th 2024. Inspection did not pass several times and owner was difficult in coordinating completion. There are 22 other Generac dealers in Pinellas County that I would suggest before this one."
