The workers possess a strong work ethic, and they are meticulous and precise when performing their job. They stand out professionally from other contractors. Eddie’s proposal was detailed, and he went over all aspects of the contract in person beforehand. That is the main reason we selected his company over his competitors. We knew what our costs were going to be and there were no surprise expenses at the completion of the project. The workers are initiative-takers and productive. They used extra effort to ensure the units were properly prepared before painting. They waterproofed the structures and the workers showed extra attention to detail when repairing the stucco that had not been done since the development of the Association. The units are 54 years old and had not been painted in 20 years. Despite a small budget with only 14 units, we were treated as if we were one of his ½ million-dollar clients. Extra effort was given to protect the resident’s personal property in our Association as well as adjacent neighboring Associations by covering the owner’s vehicles with the company’s car cover to ensure paint overspray did not land on the vehicles. We are located on the main boulevard of the Village and the outstanding work has left a memorable impression by all the residents and future buyers.
