"I am not a guy whom normally post reviews of a buisness, or owner of one, but when deemed nesseasary, I sure will. The owner Al seemed eager to get our credentials for a home rental of his and said he would check them ASAP and get back wit us. As our discussion ended at the home viewing, we stated my handicapped fiance had a service dog due to serious health matters. If a picture was worth a thousand words, Al displayed a facial expression as a service dog was an issue. Not sure if knows any regulated laws that are applied to service dogs, but maybe he has picked up on it in the few days we have being attempting to rent his rental. In fact, prior to us getting our credential to him, his secretary has reached out to me by phone to see if we are sending them. She was extremely nice and allowed me to text them to her personal phone. It's been a few days now and I called them back. They now went from checking my credentials out, to just taking applications. I feel this man is inexperienced possibly with landlord/tenant rights, or service dog related laws. I feel he discriminated against my fiance and I for her handicapped needs and will be reporting this through all reporting agencies whom back up disabled care act. Not sure I would support a local company in which the owner discriminated against someone whom fell under the d.i.a law. What a shame."

"Called office and they sent Stan out to my Springhill to fix my ac system. He quickly cleared my drain line and got my AC up and running. Quick response and responsible cost"

He addressed my concerns and told me it was just condensation because the weather is so hot and that there was nothing wrong with my unit and left without charging us. Talk about great service! "We had a strange noise from air handler. Called us air and had Stan out to our location in Pinellas Park for the issue. Stan did an awesome job clearing the cond pump for no charge. Always happy with his service Stan provides."
