One time he told me 'I can charge you a bunch of money to fix this issue, but to be honest its not worth it... trade it in'. He doesn't do work that isn't necessary but always gives me the option and his professional opinion. Lastly - and this is the one that means the most... recently had my truck in for a big job. He took the time to really make sure the job was required, performing multiple tests, multiple times. Once he was satisfied that there was no other alternative, we did it. They did a great job but unfortunately there was a small issue that resulted. Herb took full responsibility - he and his team were very apologetic and even came to my house to get the vehicle to make the repair.
