"We have used Schneider painting in the past for a couple small jobs such as painting a bedroom, some baseboard, and painting outside concrete landscape border and small areas over garage. The landscape border and garage area needed repainting. A small job that would take one partial day to power wash and paint. I sent Schneider a text and also talked to him on April 21, 2021. He responded "Thanks. I can seal and paint. Shouldn't be a problem" On Friday April 30 I sent a follow up text letting him know he would need to purchase garage paint, but I had landscape edging paint left over. He responded " Thanks I'll get to it within the next week or two". And that was in April. Three months later on July 1st I sent Schneider another text asking if he'd got the painting done yet, as I was out of town for a few months. He replied " No I haven't I'll be getting to it in two weeks. I'm painting in the area. The exact week I'll be in the area is the week of 7/13. I'm painting outside that week so I can work your job in then." Another 3 months later, and 6 months from when he said he would do the job, it's still not done. On Oct 7 I sent Schneider yet another text asking if he'd going to do the job or not. Again, six months later and after he told me on the phone 6 months earlier in April he'd do it, followed by 2 texts on April 30 and July 1 saying he was going to do it. His unprofessional response after 6 months of saying he'd get to it was "Not able to get to you". Seriously?? Not able to get to it or not wanting to get to it? No apology. In July you were painting a neighbor's house 3 doors away. I was told once again then he'd do the job. If you Google painters in Pinellas Coounty alone, there are over 100. If you want someone who you can depend on to do your painting, I'd recommend you contact any of them other than Schneider."

"Highly recommend this company. Jeff took our dated yellow ranch house and gave it new life with fresh exterior paint. Lovely bright and white. He worked M-F, showed up every day when he said he would. Worked quickly and quietly, our FL ranch home needed some repairs to the stucco and the gutters and soffit were all mildew stains etc. He patched and repaired the areas that needed it and used mildew killer cleaner stuff on our gutters etc before painting. He is a one man company but he does an amazing job and at about half the price."
