"Rude rude people. Especially Mark. Also they answer the phone "hello?" Not a business greeting. Very quick and dismissive."
"Mark and his staff were wonderful to deal with at a very difficult time. I would not have been able to navigate this very sad process if it were not for their guidance and support. Mark was always available to take my calls, answer my questions , and went above and beyond to help me with all of the arrangements and details that were needed. The kindness shown and care given by mark was exeptional."
"I visited my grandparents today and this place has gone downhill. The purple paint just makes everything looks even worse. Ceiling falling throughout. It's already depressing enough to come visit your loved ones who aren't here anymore and to see the place look like this, is even more depressing. Please fix these issues."
"To the people I met at the entrance of Royal Palm. You introduce yourself as the new owners. We welcomed you and listened to your claims and promise of improving the sad state of the overall conditions . Let me say I was there to visit loved ones today ( 9- 14-2021) . Congratulations on the shade of lipstick you put on the pig!!! The condition is far worse than before and purple sure makes it stand out!!! Grandparents Grave site almost completely covered with very long grass never got that bad even at it’s worst before you came!! Took a little while to pick all the little sticky things of our socks !!! Than I moved on to visit my parents in the Mausoleum, my parents never had much but in life never lived in such deplorable conditions !!!! Fresh awnings and paint really that money would’ve been better spent on the structure really!!! Leaking roof ceiling tiles falling and floors covered in water!!! Looks like you took on way more than you ever thought, and are off to the same way of doing things like!! Misappropriation of people’s hard earned money and trust they put in this sacred institution is the practice of the former owners, do not follow that same path!! In closing all I can say is God Bless all the families that feel the same as I do!! Please let me find the money and means to remove my loved ones from this deplorable place!! And to others put your loved ones anywhere else but here!!"
"My darling brother was buried there yesterday only because his son and parents had been years ago. I have never seen family members, especially his widow, treated with such total lack of respect. The grave diggers, who should have been out of site, stood near by like vultures, one even leaning on the canopy. The funeral director asked my sister-in-law if she wanted to remain there while the burial was complete. She was extremely upset, couldn't think straight, and just said "I don't know." His response was "well you better decide because in one minute this area is going to change and if you want to stay you need to get up and get off this fake grass!!!." She then said "no, we don't want to stay while he is buried." BUT before we could get to our cars and leave they went ahead with it so our last memory of our loved one was them trying to get the lid (which was in plain view throughtout the graveside service) on his vault. It was the most barbaric thing I have even witnessed and I hope before you choose this so called Royal Palm Chapel and cemetery that you think twice about it. One other thing, we arrived from out of state and wanted to visit my brother at the funeral home the night before but were told there would be a charge of $250 to do so. Unbelievable!"
