"THEY TOOK MY SECTION 8 AWAY FROM ME BECAUSE OF MY SHADY LANDLORD DURING COVID HE SOLD ALL HIS PROPERTIES AND PUSHED EVERYONE OUT BUT MIND YOU HE SIGNED MY LEASE FOR HOUSING IN THE PROPERTY I WAS LIVING IN UNDER SOMEONE ELSES NAME.. AND I TRIED TO EXPLAIN THAT BUT THE WORKER THAT I HAD WAS NASTY HALF THE TIME THEY CLAIM THEY DIDN'T GET ANY OF MY PAPERWORK IT'S SAD TO SAY THAT I'VE BEEN HOMELESS EVER SINCE THANK YOU ST PETERSBURG HOUSING"

"I was blessed enough to receive housing,so for that I'm grateful an when I tell u I'm most grateful for Donna Larry.she is heaven sent an I tell her she my moma.This lady works so hard helping me get any an everything I need to make having section 8 grand.She will email back,call back an even reach out when she enters the building.so if u know her like I do then no words are needed. "They do not make this process easy for landlords to apply to. It consistently takes many days to get responses for questions, they do not give you the full information and every step of the process has been excruciating because their communication is terrible. If you’re wondering why there’s not enough section 8 housing, it’s because their process is not efficient at all and can discourage anyone from wanting to rent their property through this poorly managed system."

"Applied in February when preaching applications were being for senior citizens and was told Jordan Park would be ready by then and I would be notified I contacted the office in May I was then informed it would be June there was some delay I called several times after and was informed that my application could not be found and I needed to talk to Katrina being she was the contact person for Jordan Park of course I left several messages which were never returned. I called today and asked to speak to the president Susan said she was forwarding my call to the president a I was then transfered to Katrina office im a little confused about how they conduct business as a government entity working for the people"
