"We called this company for a door lock that was broken. They sent any employee out by the name of Carlos. Carlos is CLUELESS! Without even removing the mechanism Carlos said he could not fix it because he had "just started, someone else would have to come out." Fine. So we sit for a 4 hr window and NO ONE SHOWS UP. Not even a phone call. When we contact the company they stated the appointment had been rescheduled with no explanation. So again we sit for another 4 hr window. And again no show. When we called they stated the tech had been in a car accident on the way to our house and they would be out the next day. Well that was yesterday. Did anyone show up or even call? NO!! Today the company called to state the part that we need be to replaced can not be ordered. Which is funny since no one has actually has seen the problem. In the mist of it all we have had a different company out and the part is now on order. THIS IS NOT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!"
