"Don't bring your vehicle here. Couldn't do a simple tire rotation on a factory full size pickup truck. Waited nearly an hour for an oil change. I got about 15 miles away and the oil light came on. They told me to drive back to the store, claiming the vehicle was probably just short one quart of oil. I ended up putting 4 full quarts in before it even read on the dipstick. I paid $120 for less than 4 quarts of oil (requires 8) and because I didn't drive back on low oil that day (because I didn't want damage), they won't give me a refund. They're implying that I'm making all this up and I should have had the vehicle TOWED back rather than just bringing me the oil to my house. No one is taking accountability. Either I'm lying or it's upper management's decision not to refund."
