Reviews
"When it comes to neighborly disputes , they take sides rather than following code enforcement, especially taking sides with men over women. The staff are either rude, or helpful and pleasant. Beware of whom you might get."
"If it was possible to give a negative ten star review, I would. The renters next door to me filled their back yard up, literally to the top of a 6 foot fence, with garbage and debris. The Code Enforcement officer said "as long as it's behind a fence, they can do what they want". The ones in back of me stopped having their trash picked up and now throw their garbage in their back yard. Same answer: "It's behind a fence, so they can do what they want". Even though the County says IN WRITING and ON THEIR WEBSITE that no residential property can be used as a trash dump. You should see the size of the rats that have taken up residence."
"I can't believe that you have to now put your name on a neighborhood complaint about your neighbors running a business in their front yard.vickers dr. In New Port Richey is horrible and the violator is prtected.. it's awful"
"I live in an area with homeless everywhere houses falling apart trash flowing in the wind , lots that look like dumps , broken down vehicles ect .been here 2 years and now a code enforcement telling me I canโt park my trailer in my yard . I work and take better care of my property than most of the people here , there have been RVs broken down vehicles on my street for the 2 years I have lived here. I was not aware of this when I bought my house! I believe this is totally unfair!"
"Unfortunately made a couple complaints about my neighbors house regarding trash and building issues. Officer Bierman goes above and beyond regarding the issue and tries to help the folks that are getting code called on. I hate the fact that I have to report my neighbors, but the helpful approach that Officer Bierman demonstrates is exactly what most folks in West Pasco need instead of a fine. Thank you sir, very much appreciate your services!"
