"Without a doubt the most incompetent experience of my life. Had $152.65 credit. Went to get utilities at a new address. Was assured my credits would be applied to the start of my new account on September 1st. This occured on August 15th. By Sunday I had a tenant call said out of the blue they received a bill for $68 for next day start service, mind you they have lived there a couple years. Along with a request for $361.00 deposit. I get to drive back up to their office and once again try and get this straight. They lie to get rid of you. Won't give you a print out or receipt. She kept the $152.65 check. It so bad up there . I've been dealing with them for years and it's never gotten better just worse."
"No issues with any of my other utility companies but this one. Nothing but incompetence and terrible service for myself along with anyone else I've asked about them. No way you can say, "I'll get my water from someone else," so they get to do whatever they want or you have to live without water. Way to care about your citizens, Pasco."
"My roofers accidentally turned off the water after using the hose to check water leaking on the roof over the lanai. They assured me that they had not turned off the water main source. When I called Pasco County Utilities, they told me that it was not from anything in their end. Candy in dispatch told me exactly what to look for as I was CLUELESS! There was a lever below the outside hose tap that needed to be aimed perpendicular to the ground, NOT parallel. I turned to the correct angle, and immediately restored the water flow inside the house. Thank you, Candy!"
"Just hand a very nice lady, Candie from dispatch, help me get my water pressure back to normal. Turns out a subcontractor accidently turned down the water pressure, I had no idea untill she trouble shout the situation, narrowed down the problem and stayed on. the line to the very end and made sure the pressure was back."
"I have a house and we use a lot of water, 4 people showering every night, dishwasher, washer machine, and water front annd back yard plants and grass and my bill is always reasonable and on the lower end like $79 the past few months! I’ve had no issues, not sure why Pasco county utilities has such a low review rating! I’m always satisfied with any service I’ve had here, and it’s easy to pay my water bills!!"
