Well before the quality of work they provided, they were quick to respond to my call, handled my interest professionally and were prompt and professional when they came to give me an estimate. Although I pulled in 3 proposals, I ultimately selected Harbor Paining and very glad I did. They were not the cheapest but they did provide the best value. Quality of materials, workmanship, clean work site, left us with the ability to live in our house when they weren’t there are all key factors in our very pleasant experience.
