"I agree with M - the entire package was misrepresented. The give me a $50.00 totally refundable deposit and you can decide later was a tactic to in and sell what was NOT produced. I was told they would put an extra wide mat with the fame for wedding guests to sign - NO mat and NO frame. Then the unprofessional sales person said he never promised that. "If you're not happy, of course we will fix it WRONG. Terrible experience!!"

"I would not recommend this company at all!! I have had other chalk drawings done over the years and this is by far the worst one I have had done! It’s a$500 piece of trash! I expressed concerns with the piece in the proof email, was sent the picture and proofs without even being asked what my concerns were! We pieced together a few photos to make the one we wanted, the end result: my grandson looks like he has a big head on a small body! I understand we were using photos, but if I wanted the photo traced in chalk, I could have done that myself! I can’t believe ANY Artist would take a look at this and be satisfied! Word of advise, please don’t waste your money on this company!"

"The picture itself came out great! But the payment system is a joke and it took more than a month for my deposit to be posted. The response from employees was horrible, I asked if the picture came with a frame and I didnt get a response for 3 weeks until the picture was done and ready to be picked up. No warning it comes without a frame! Nice art but not worth the money with all this frustration with the people and the payments."
