"The corporate company name is Fourth Wind Properties on their website they use a PO Box 1643 @ Pinellas Park. I did some research and found the corporate office is located @ a private resident on 41st Avenue in St Pete. What led me to post this review is that this company requires you to fill out an online application and to pay your $45 background check. I wonder how many times they are collecting for the same rental units and properties. Myself, they had me holding on for 3 weeks for one rental that I was interested in and then finally told me the unit would not be available anytime soon in the near future. Prior to this message from them I had already referred a acquaintance and I'm not sure what they did to her but she was so upset, she did not give me the full story. Beware of scams like this people there's a lot of them out there. The two Associates that I was corresponding with concerning the rental where nice as could be. I've learned my lesson!"
