"I filed a complaint against a mobile home business.The realtor demanded $2500.00 in cash for a deposit. On contract it states that the buyer has the responsibility to get the home inspected before buying. I called the realtor four days after the first walkthrough and told him I was going to have the home inspected by a local home inspector I had on standby.he said no. I called him four more times during the month and each time he refused. My home inspector also had called him. On the closing date I had the inspector with me and after the inspection I told the realtor I was not buying the home. He stated you just lost your deposit. The owner of this company knew what her realtor did and allowed him to do so. Florida department of highway safety. Took the side of the realtor."
"Physical office is closed to public, only way to contact is via email, which is horrible especially when you only have ten calendar days to get something done. I'm so frustrated and I'm doing everything right but now I'm just waiting and waiting and waiting on an email response. So frustrated"
"I originally paid the $12 online form.. not realizing there's a separate application to file.. nobody told me. But thankfully someone got back to me VIA email pretty quickly and explained the process... So Ive been waiting an additional 30+ days so far.. I wish they would answer the phone and provide a status of application. It would be nice to know if they're processing it.. had I not reached out VIA email I would have never known that they didn't receive anything.. maybe a hiring event will help us citizens receive the services we deserve considering the DMV and lawyer told me they're extremely short staffed.. I have kids and I cannot wait to just be able to drive again. Unfortunate it's taking this long."

"This place does not answer the phone. In order to get anything from this office you must print and fill out the request for review and mail it in with a 12$ money order. Then they have 30 days to respond. Good luck!"
