"I have been trying to get ahold of my lawyer for 2 weeks. The receptionist (I believe her name is Michelle or something similar) has literally done everything in her power to prevent me from speaking to my lawyer, Janet Howard. She refused, on several occasions, to provide me with an extension number, the email she has provided me with returns as a mailed demond saying 'email has been blocked' (sending from another email is of no help as well). The receptionist continues to inform me that there is no answer and will not allow me to be transferred to her so that I may listen to her allegedly not answering. She even refused to send me to her voicemail and will only allow me to leave a message with her. She has hung up on me several times upon baking back she says; 'I have no idea what happened' even though I can quite clearly hear the sound of the receiver hanging the phone. I have no idea what to do and I have a warrant for my arrest because I was in the hospital and unable to sign PTI paper work that the receptionist tells me doesn't exist even though my lawyer tells me otherwise. she refuses to listen to this and to my plea(s) to speak to Janet. If I do not want to tell the receptionist my personal business then she becomes even more difficult and disrespectful than before as if she is throwing a temper tantrum about not being able to know the latest juicy gossip."

"I've been having issues with them returning my calls and I am having legal troubles that are unexplainable and don't seem like they make much sense but I don't know how to resolve my problems or who to consult about them. They have been kind of telling me what to do and I don't think that they are giving me helpful advice except for that I should just do what they want and not fight for what I believe is right I feel like they're just trying to push their case load through and they don't really care about what I'm going through or want to hear anything inside of how they can clear the dockets out! I wish I knew where to turn two or who to ask for help that would do the right thing and I could depend on to have my interest"

"They don't call you back ever the office is not located at the given address. have been through three attorneys and no one has filed the motions needed for trial would not recommend at all"

"The worst experience was with attorney laguerra champagne my children was placed with her during a DCF case as a caregiver (which by the way we are all reunified and happy) and was literally tortured verbally and physically! Is it possible that anyone in charge can reach out to me ! My kids would probably want to tell their story.. My kids need justice .. the memories and etc isn’t fair ! Any information that you may need I can provide and my kids are willing to speak.. they still till this day can quote the torture back to back .. it’s been some time and I’ve reached out to 2 others in the past when everything was going on but don’t feel as if I was taken too seriously ! I’ll never stop being the voice for my children .. can anyone assist us with this matter ? I wish I would have thought of this outlet long ago smh .. they’ve been out of her care since January the 11th of last year and my children still bring up the stories.. verbal abuse and physical abuse.."
